Customer Service Expert – Support.com: The Customer Service Expert will handle the following call types (all inbound): Provider Eligibility and Benefits (E&B) for all lines of business including Individual Family Business (IFB), Commercial, and Government. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while answering incoming provider telephone inquiries in a manner that is always respectful and courteous.
Claims Specialist – PrudentRX, LLC: As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing, identifying, and investigating claims. The Claims Specialist will partner with our providers and members to respond to and resolve inquiries and appeals in a timely and professional manner. An experienced Claims Specialist will be detailed oriented and will possess strong problem-solving skills while utilizing their experience with pharmacy claims processing.
Remote Bilingual Referral Entry Specialist – VRI: Perform outbound calls to new clients to welcome them to VRI, collect required information and advance their progress to activation. Process new client referrals and enter client demographic and billing information into VRI systems. Manage outbound and inbound phone calls to clients, care givers and case management support staff to explain services and establish client relationships. Accurately enter client data for new members. $17.00 – $18.00 an Hour
Customer Service Specialist – Public Storage: Provide customers with the highest levels of service and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction without compromising on Public Storage integrity. Act as a liaison between customers and management; ability to resolve multifaceted issues that may require extensive research and complex decision making skills. Answer inbound customer calls on a daily basis and perform administrative duties on items such as customer account and status inquiries, and make outbound return calls to customers. Starting hourly rate of $13 with annual merit increases based on performance.
