Remote Customer Resolution SpecialistFirst American: Researches and responds to escalated inquiries and complaints from customers, including standard requests for information, research, or other loan maintenance. Interacts with customers, including highly escalated, to provide acknowledgment and statuses of their inquiry. This will include inbound and outbound calls.

Medical Claims Processor Spectrum Staffing: A Program Support Representative traditionally provides initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center. Quickly assesses the user’s issue and provides first level support for problem resolution.  Documents information specific to the resolution and escalates unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.

Customer Service RepresentativeMultiPlan: Communicate with customers primarily by phone to verify and correct demographic information. Research and resolve a variety of customer demographic inquiries at the point of service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Capable of handling multiple customers as assigned. Works within company guidelines and processes to consistently meet customer installation and service requirements with sense of urgency and accuracy.

Verification of Benefits Specialist Lightfully Behavioral Health: Contact insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage. Ensures insurance coverage by telephone, resolves any issues with coverage and escalates complicated issues to a supervisor. The VOB Specialist is responsible for updating patient benefit information in Lightfully’s insurance systems and verifying that existing information is accurate.
