Technical Support Representative – Quickbase: As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, and you will be a guide to the many resources available to customers. You will support our customers as a technical thought partner, helping them take ownership and improve every day as the foundation of Quickbase.
Owner Service Agent – Inbound Customer Service (Remote) – GE Appliances: Drive owner focused solutions for customer issues; utilizing creativity and judgment-based reasoning skills by receiving incoming calls, faxes, e-mails, chats, or written inquiries and provide answers to contact inquiries related to parts sales, service, pre & post purchase.
Technical Care Center Specialist – CableOne: Answers calls from Cable One customers and responds to inquiries in a professional manner. Troubleshoots customers’ technical problems with video and internet services including, but not limited to modems/routing, internet connections, wireless service, cable/video equipment issues and setting up email accounts.
L2 – Support Specialist – Remote – Support Specialist: Act as a mentor and role model for support generalists by providing guidance, and technical advice, and taking over escalated tickets as needed. Participate in swarm tickets, providing advanced expertise and support to team members in a collaborative environment to ensure quick resolutions.
Virtual Assistant – Virtual Assist USA: Managing multiple clients in a fast-paced, demanding, high-urgency environment. Working with 10-15 clients. Handling projects in an executive assistant role including but not limited to projects such as marketing systems, website edits, managing multiple 3rd party platforms, creating content and managing social media. Manage quality of customer flow & experience.
Work at Home Customer Service or Sales or Technical Support Advisor – Concentrix: Handle customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Assist customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases. Invest in our customers’ success by offering additional products and/or services.
