Use frontline customer service skills to generally determine the prevailing needs of clients and what they require from EAP services. Screen for safety issues, domestic violence (DV), substance abuse, and other high-risk considerations, and connects clients immediately to on-call counselors when needed.

Customer Support AssociateFanatics: Customer Support Associates act as a liaison between Fanatics Collectibles, Inc. and our consumers as a single point of contact to all customer inquiries regarding products, policies and services available. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. This is a remote role working EST hours.

Customer Support CoordinatorJabra Hearing: Act as a first touchpoint for our customers, answering inbound questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, SMS, and email. Assist customers by processing administrative requests, such as ordering additional supplies, creating and uploading documents, and more. Provide shipping and order statuses, and process order updates.

Product SpecialistOpenPhone: Be the first point of contact for prospects and customers evaluating OpenPhone. Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads (trial signups, demo requests, incoming chat) via phone, email, SMS, etc. You’ll interact with hundreds of folks every week. Become a product expert (and power user) of OpenPhone and its value proposition.
