Operations Agent – Trust and Safety (Contract) – Rover: Provide inbound and/or outbound customer service for users in crisis. De-escalate and educate callers, through clear and accurate exchange of information that leads to a successful resolution and improved marketplace safety. The potential review of graphic and emotionally charged content and incidents involving pets, owners and sitters.
Customer Service Representative – WEX: Responsible for answering incoming calls and engaging with our customers over the phone. Customize interactions to the individual customer’s personality and situation (remember our customers are on the move; hold-ups delay their success). Perform clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing. Review and take appropriate action to resolve pending and/or open issues within 1-2 business days whenever possible.
Care Coordinator – Appeals: CareCentrix: The Care Coordinator – Appeals is responsible for supporting health plan, physicians and member requests related to appeals, and scheduling peer to peer conversations. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring turnaround times to assure service requirements are met. Participation in the collection and documentation of all required data to meet the requirements of the client.
Enrollment Representative – Humana: The Enrollment Representative 3 processes applications from members, enrolls them on company platforms, and transmits enrollment to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Billing Representative – Remote – Help at Home: Submits claims to payors in accordance with payor requirements and agency policy. Receives notices of claim rejections & denials. Properly track and resolve issues to ensure claim payment.
Tax Specialist – Paycor: Assist with preparation and filing of tax returns. Update client information including account numbers, changes, and similar data. Processing daily tax work for active and lost clients. Resolve client questions expediently with a high level of service and communicate with them regarding tax activity, prior quarter balancing issues, amended returns and tax jurisdiction correspondences.
Customer Service Specialist (Remote) – American Red Cross: Receive routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-related supplies. Follow appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. Make follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected. Determine most economical method of transportation for hospital shipments.
