Credentialing Coord II – Onecall: The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Initial Credentialing and Recredentialing applications are complete within their assigned product line. They are responsible for maintaining current credentials and monitoring receipt of Recredentialng applications for assigned products, reaching out to providers as needed. Ensures interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statutes and laws relating to credentialing. When a dispute occurs in our grading system, you will evaluate and determine the correct decision. Audit low customer ratings, determine the source of the issue, and recommend/ implement solutions to prevent further unsatisfactory scores. This position is open to applicants located in Canada and the United States (Florida, Georgia, Illinois, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah).
